Open a record before releasing it if the message might contain unsafe content. 4. Release only messages that should become tickets or replies. 5. Block senders that are clearly unwanted. 6. Allow senders only when you trust future messages from them. 7. Delete records that are no longer needed. 8. Periodically review retention settings so the quarantine does not grow indefinitely.
