1. Go to WordPress admin > Pages. 2. Create or choose the page where customers should open support. 3. Create or choose the page where staff should manage support, if staff need a separate workspace. 4. Go to WordPress admin > Awedesk > Settings. 5. Open the Navigation area. 6. Select the customer page in the Clients field. 7. Select the staff page in the Agents field, or keep staff on the same page if that matches your workflow. 8. Save settings. 9. Open the customer page in a private browser window to confirm the public experience. 10. Open the staff page while signed in as staff to confirm the staff workspace loads.
