Problem	What to try
The support page keeps loading	Refresh the page, try a private browser window, then contact the site owner if it still fails.
You cannot submit a ticket	Check required fields, sign in if required, complete any security check, and reduce attachment size if needed.
You did not receive an email	Check spam folders and confirm you used the correct email address.
The survey link no longer works	The survey may be expired, cancelled, already submitted, or linked to a closed access window.
You cannot see an old ticket	Try the closed ticket view or contact support if the ticket belongs to a different account.
