1. Go to WordPress admin > Tools > Export Personal Data when a user requests their support data. 2. Enter the requester email address. 3. Send the confirmation request. 4. After confirmation, generate and send the export. 5. Go to WordPress admin > Tools > Erase Personal Data when a user requests deletion. 6. Enter the requester email address. 7. Send the confirmation request. 8. After confirmation, run erasure. 9. Review the result carefully because Awedesk keeps operational ticket history while removing or redacting personal details it owns. 10. Go to WordPress admin > Settings > Privacy > Policy Guide and review the Awedesk suggested text for your privacy policy.
